This service is only available for WordPress websites. We do not support Drupal, Magento, Kentico, Sitecore, GoDaddy site builders, or other CMS software.
What’s all included in WP Maintenance?
It’s all noted in detail above, but in general, our role will be to make sure that WordPress and plugins are up-to-date, your website is secure, running smoothly, and backed up.
What are the premium plugins?
We have licenses to popular WordPress plugins for web forms, site speed, image compression, and security for your use. You’ll save you hundreds of dollars a year vs. purchasing these licenses independently.
What is included under “content updates?”
These are content updates that include adding or updating pages, uploading images, adding a web form, just about anything that doesn’t take over 30-minutes to complete.
Do I need to move my web hosting to you?
No, but we’ll let you know if your current hosting solution is suboptimal. Our hosting is cloud-based and great for WordPress websites. If you decide to move your website to us, we’ll take care of transferring your website to your new home.
What if I want to cancel?
We have a feeling you won’t want to cancel once you experience our excellent service, but we understand that circumstances may change. If you do need to do so, that’s no problem: just give us 30-days notice.
You will have access to everything on your website just like you have before, including premium plugins we’ve installed, but you will need to purchase licenses for those to keep them updated.
If you host your website with us, you will be responsible for moving your website to your new hosting provider too. We’d definitely be sad to see you go!
